Do I have to register to place an order?

It is not necessary, but registering allows you to complete your purchases in our online shop and to use various services: for example you can track the shipping of your order and also receive information about promotions and lots of surprises specially studied for you, etc.

Yes, if you haven’t already paid you can change your order by accessing the shopping basket. You cannot change your order after you have paid, but you can use the free return option within 14 days.

Using any of the main credit cards – Visa, Maestro, Mastercard – or by PayPal or bank credit transfer. In Italy you can also pay cash on delivery.

Of course. The entire procedure takes place through a secure connection directly linked with the bank that manages the online payment service, and the data are transmitted in an encrypted manner using SSL protocol. This protocol guarantees the protection of the data transmission and against any decoding and/or counterfeiting of confidential information. Instead, if you have a credit card active on a Paypal account, the system permits the saving of an identification code which prevents you having to enter your credentials again for future payments. These data supplied by you will be collected by Marco Fantini srl in an encrypted manner and transmitted to PayPal. PayPal will memorize and process the above data in an independent manner, in line with the highest safety standards, and solely for the purpose of processing your purchases on our website savethequeen.it

The cost of shipping varies depending on the destination country, but is regardless of the number of articles purchased. Returns are free, but are not currently accepted from non-EEC countries. You can find details in the Delivery Costs and Times section.

Yes. During the order completion phase you can indicate a different address (delivery address) where you wish your purchases to be sent. Please remember to provide the full address complete with street number and the name on the bell: this will facilitate the delivery procedure.

After the order has been completed you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

To view the informative note about delivery times, click here. Normally, delivery all over Europe is made within around 3 working days from when the parcel is entrusted to the UPS carrier. Deliveries in remote areas (for example, in Italy, Calabria, Sardinia and Sicily) could take 1 or 2 more working days. For non-EEC countries, within a maximum of 10 days; for Russia about 2 weeks.

When the order is entrusted to the carrier you will receive an e-mail with the shipping number: when you click on this you will be redirected to the UPS website where you can track the progress of your order.

If by mistake you receive an article you didn’t order or one that is defective, please send us an e-mail at info@shop.savethequeen.it specifying the order number and the code of the article in question. We will reply within 24 hours giving you all necessary instructions for resolving the problem.

Returns from non-EEC countries and from the UK are not accepted.

Each refund will be reduced by the flat rate of € 10,00 as a contribution to the return management costs.

From all countries belonging to the European Union you can return any article within 14 days of delivery of the order using the prepaid adhesive label which we sent together with the order, inside the parcel. You should contact the UPS carrier, all the details of which can be found in the documentation included in the shipment. When your return has been received in our warehouse, and after we have checked that everything is in order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and within a few days we will issue you with a refund.

At present we do not offer this service. However you can simply return the article and get a refund and then make a new purchase. You do not have to wait for the refund before placing a new order.

You can use the Wish List to save your favourite articles. However, the availability of the saved articles may change, which means that the Wish List does not guarantee the possibility of purchase at a later time.

A coupon / discount code is a promotional code that may occasionally be offered (in a particular period or for specific initiatives). The way to activate and use it will be explained in the newsletter or in an e-mail sent to you alone. Normally, all you have to do is copy and paste it in the specific place just before completing the order, and it will automatically and immediately be deducted from the total cost of your purchase.
