Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 15 days.
We cannot accept returns from countries outside the EEC and the UK.
In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Each refund will be reduced by a flat fee of €10.00 as a contribution to the cost of processing the return.
Return shipping
Reassemble the package and attach the pre-printed, prepaid label found in the package to the box.

Refunds
Once our warehouse has received your return and checked that all requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you made your purchase by credit card or PayPal card, the company will refund the total amount (equal to the sum of the returned items excluding shipping costs) directly to your credit card or PayPal card.
The time it takes for the credit to appear on your credit card may vary depending on your bank, but it generally takes around 1-2 working weeks for the amount to be visible again. In the case of a refund by bank transfer, the amount will be visible approximately 5 working days after you receive the email confirming that the company has made the transfer.
