Our refund and return policy lasts for 15 days.
We cannot accept returns from outside EEC and U.K.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Each refund will be reduced by the lump sum amount of 10.00 € as a contribution to the cost of handling the return.

Return shipping

Repack the package and attach the preprinted, prepaid label you found in the package to the box.

Refunds

After our warehouse has received your return and checked that all requirements have been met you will receive a confirmation email.

In case you made the purchase by credit card or PayPal card, the company will re-credit the total amount (equal to sum items returned excluding shipping charges) directly to your credit card or PayPal card.

Credit card re-credit times may vary depending on banking institutions but generally involve about 1-2 working weeks for the amount to be visible again; in the case of re-credit by bank transfer, the amount will be visible after about 5 working days from the time you receive the email regarding the making of the transfer from the company.
